Situated in the immediate vicinity of the BMW Group Plant, the first multifunctional hall, covering more than 24,000 m², offers modern and flexibly configurable industrial and logistics spaces for international manufacturing companies, automotive suppliers, and logistics operators.
The development of SZINPARK marks a new chapter in the SZINORG Group’s real estate development activities. Through our own development, we have created an industrial and logistics platform that builds on Debrecen’s dynamically growing economic environment, our decades of professional experience, and our long-term ownership approach.
