A key structural element of SZINORG Group’s first independent industrial development, SZINPARK, has been completed: the full precast reinforced concrete frame of the over 24,000 m² logistics hall is now in place.
The project is progressing according to schedule. The next construction phase will see the installation of facade panels, steel bracing elements, and the roof structure. The handover of the first development phase is expected by the end of 2025.
The aim of the project is to create a flexibly adaptable, modern industrial infrastructure that allows future tenants to customize spaces to their specific needs – whether for office, mechanical, or electrical systems. This flexibility enables a smooth and rapid setup for operations.
SZINPARK is more than just a logistics hall: it is a state-of-the-art, sustainable, and operationally optimized logistics hub designed to provide a reliable, efficient operating environment, primarily for automotive suppliers and logistics companies.
