On April 11, 2025, our new industrial brand, SZINPARK was introduced, at the automotive industry conference organized by The Association of Hungarian Automotive Suppliers (MAJOSZ) in Debrecen. The details of the investment were presented by Sándor Szabó, Deputy General Manager of SZINORG.
SZINPARK is located in the Northwestern Economic Zone of Debrecen, adjacent to the BMW plant. The project includes the construction of 60,000 square meters of multifunctional industrial halls in two phases, offering flexible Build-To-Suit and rental solutions tailored to the needs of automotive suppliers.
The investment emphasizes sustainability: the nearly 25,000-square-meter hall in Phase I is being built in accordance with BREEAM Excellent standards, featuring solar panels, a heat pump-based heating and cooling system, and LED lighting.
With SZINPARK, SZINORG Group’s goal is to establish a strategic industrial and logistics hub that enhances Debrecen’s economic role and supports the growth of Hungarian and international automotive supply networks.
