SZINPARK, the new industrial-logistics hub of Debrecen, developed by the SZINORG Group, is progressing rapidly. The project is being built by HUNÉP Zrt., a member of the SZINORG Group, and the distinctive features of the emerging facility are already visible—right next to the BMW factory.
Key developments in the construction:
- Façade panels have been installed, giving shape to the building’s character.
- Trapezoidal sheets and steel edge trusses have been mounted on the roof structure.
- The structural frame of the canopy has been completed.
- The external utility network, which provides the infrastructure necessary for the building’s operation, has been completed.
In the upcoming period, focus will shift to shaping the external environment: the internal road system and parking areas are under construction, while thermal-, and waterproofing works on the roof are nearing completion. Inside the building, the rainwater drainage system has been installed, and preparations for the industrial flooring have also begun.
