Debrecen, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street 7-13.
The planned hotel is located in the city centre of Debrecen, in the immediate vicinity of Kossuth Square, on the part of Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street referred to as the “Bika” block. In terms of its profile, the building is a business hotel, with a total of 155 hotel rooms and apartments on the four floors above the level of the entrance. As part of the hotel, the building will also have a restaurant seating 120 guests, a bar and lounge with capacity for 35 persons, as well as an outdoor terrace operating in the summer with a capacity for 30 guests. A sectionable conference room with a total capacity of 120 persons, also suitable for hosting external events, will be built on the ground floor of the building.
Cars can be parked in the single-level underground garage under the hotel, which can be accessed from the direction of Hatvan Street.
Debrecen, Simonyi Road 2.
In the course of the reconstruction of the 100-year-old, famous villa, a new, modern wing will also be built, encircling the old building, in such a way that in its street-side appearance it reflects its original condition.
In the original building of the villa, 3 apartments will be created, with one on each floor. The new wing will include 4 residential units: in the north part of the building, one apartment on each level, while in the western wing, a separate, 2-floor unit will be created. Therefore, a total of 7 premium-quality apartments will be built, primarily for the purpose of renting out.
The mass and the façade of the existing building will appear in their original form. In addition to the full-scale building engineering, electric and other specialized works, it is also necessary to replace the roof structure, the shelling, as well as all doors and windows.
The new wing will have a simple, refined architectural appearance, with modern forms and materials used.
Debrecen, Southern Industrial Zone
The 12-hectare plot, owned by HUXA Kft., is located alongside the section of Highway 47 in Debrecen, within the newly established Southern Industrial Zone. The long-term objective is primarily the construction of buildings in 5,000 to 8,000 m2 in size for logistics purposes; however, in case of demand, buildings of several 10,000 m2 may also be built.
As a result of the transportation development projects expected to be realized in the near future, the trapezoid-shaped plot will have direct access from the roundabout to be constructed on Highway 47.
The placement draft plan includes several possible versions of dividing up the land into plots, the internal road structure, the parameters of the buildings that can be built (building footprint, number of floors, etc.), the required parking spaces and green areas.
The concept calls for service-providing and community functions also be created on the area, such as a smaller petrol station, electric car charging station, truck washer, simpler hospitality establishment, resting area, service station, etc.
Berettyóújfalu, Széchenyi Street 1382/6 hrsz.
The plot, having an area of 3000 m2, is located alongside the bypass road around Berettyóújfalu, in an industrial, commercial zone. In its vicinity, one can find existing commercial and service-providing units, the grounds of the Fire Brigade, as well as a leisure park.
